2025 CSFL Week #7 Awards

NEW HAVEN, Conn. (November 3, 2025) – Four standout performances over the weekend led to Monday’s announcement of the Week #7 honorees for the 2025 Collegiate Sprint Football League (CSFL) season, as announced by Commissioner Dan Mara. Several of the performances led to important wins for CSFL members.

OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK (Weston Bellows, Mansfield)

Bellows rushed for 253 yards and two touchdowns, while also throwing a 28-yard passing TD to help lift Mansfield to an important 32-21 win over Chestnut Hill on Saturday. He tied the school record for most rushing yards in a single game and also chipped in with 19 receiving yards.


OFFENSIVE PLAYER & ROOKIE OF THE WEEK (Cael Zebrowski, Caldwell)

Zebrowski passed for a single-game, program-record 337 and three touchdowns to help spark a fourth-quarter rally in Caldwell’s 20-13 win over Cornell. The Cougars trailed, 10-0, entering the fourth quarter, but scored all 20 points in the final 15 to secure the win. Zebrowski also tied a school record for passing TDs in a single game as 305 of his passing yards came in the second half.


DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK (Hector Lopez III, Caldwell)

Lopez made a game-high 14 tackles, including two for loss, to help spearhead a strong Caldwell defensive effort in a 20-13 win over the Big Red. He helped the Cougars limit Cornell to just a field goal in the fourth quarter as Caldwell mounted the come-from-behind victory.


SPECIAL TEAMS PLAYER OF THER WEEK (Ezra Granet, Penn)

Granet was a perfect 3-for-3 in extra-point attempts in Penn’s contest versus Navy.


HONOR ROLL

Jake Wang (Penn) – Caught a career-high seven passes for 108 yards versus Navy.

Biamungu Nkere (Navy) – Caught seven balls for 81 yards and a touchdown in the win versus Penn.

Jake Wolinski (Navy) – Recorded 12 tackles, including 1.5 for loss, against the Quakers.

Anthony Cancellare (Chestnut Hill) – Threw for 160 yards and two touchdowns against Mansfield and set program record for most single-season passing yards.

Lex Williams (Chestnut Hill) – Made 13 stops against Mansfield and set the program record for most career tackles (213).

Parker Williams (Army West Point) – Caught five balls for 125 yards and two scores in the win over STAC.

Tyrus Carter (Army West Point) – Made six tackles and one sack to help Army shutout STAC, 56-0, on Friday night.
