
2025 CSFL Week #3 Honorees

NEW HAVEN, Conn. (October 6, 2025) – Several impressive
performances were turned in during Week #3 of the 2025 Collegiate Sprint
Football League (CSFL) season and on Monday the conference announced its weekly
award winners. The list of honorees was announced by Commissioner Dan Mara.
OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK (KYLE WEST, ARMY WEST POINT)
Kyle West completed 11-of-17 passes for 229 yards and four touchdowns, while also adding a rushing touchdown to help lead Army West Point to a 49-0 win over Molloy on Friday. He accounted for five of the Black Knights’ seven touchdowns.
DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK (CAM GOLDSMITH, CHESTNUT HILL)
Cam Goldsmith logged nine tackles, including 3.5 for loss and 2.5 sacks, and recovered a fumble to help spearhead a Chestnut Hill defensive effort in a 34-12 win over Cornell.
SPECIAL TEAMS PLAYER OF THE WEEK (OBED IRELUS, CHESTNUT HILL)
Obed Irelus was outstanding in the kicking game for the Griffins as he had five of his seven punts downed inside the 20 yard line. He also booted a long punt of 46 yards and averaged 40 yards per punt.
ROOKIE OF THE WEEK (XAVIER MAY IV, PENN)
May rushed for 79 yards and a touchdown in Penn’s first win of the season, a 15-14 triumph over Saint Thomas Aquinas. The touchdown run was the first of his collegiate career and it was the eventual game-winning touchdown for the Quakers.
HONOR ROLL
Xavier Limehouse (Chestnut Hill) – Rushed for 172 yards and
three touchdowns in the win over Cornell.
Trevon Washington (STAC) – Returned the opening kickoff 95
yards for a touchdown against Penn.
Marcus Quaker (Mansfield) – Rushed for 113 yards and three
touchdowns and passed for 77 yards and a score in a win against Caldwell.
